A family business for over 33 years, Elizabeth Klodas, and her daughter Kathy, have offered customers a delicious selection of delicacies by combining fresh, natural ingredients and European techniques and traditions.
From its attractive and conveinient location in the heart of the Roncesvalles Village, the spotlessly clean bakery serves an appreciative market and community.
Elizabeth Klodas and her mother, Maria Granowska, had the distinction of baking the cerimonial bread presented to the Pope John Paul II on his first visit to Canada. On His last visit, once again, Elizabeth was blessed with providing pastries to His Holiness for afternoon tea.
Competitive Prices: Fine Fresh Cakes
"Our ingredients are the best quality possible," says Elizabeth, "but our prices are competitive. Our customers get the best - premium English marzipan, French cocobary chocolate, the finest fillings and perfect whole fruit."
unique breakfast menu: Granowska’s miniatures
Granowska's menu is unique, catering to today's modern tastes for lighter, healthier natural foods. Elizabeth Klodas, not trusting the quality and nutritional value from mass produced products, she developed recipies over many years with her mother Maria to feed her own family. To this day, these very recipies are used in making the products sold at Granowska's.
